We came to adolescence as a tin robot prepared for anything but to be quietly rested in our bodies. From the age of eleven onwards some brazen hormones take over our temper and cause unexpected changes on us. As in a science fiction movie we mutate, we change shape and begin to become a different being. Sometimes we shrug our shoulders and hide our eyes to hide this metamorphosis. Sometimes, we are able to challenge the whole world by quickly sculpting a convincing opinion.
Angela and Koldo have a wish. They want to return to that stage and use the skin as a starting point. To build a home full of sensations starting from the skin to be able to discover and rediscover each hole, every inch. A safe and fertile place where the ideas and desires of our imagination grow, becoming capable of any feat, capable of the impossible.
"A Shameless Body" is a piece about adolescence. Directed both to teenage and adult audiences.
